Consider approving Resolution 24-21 amending the Organizational Chart; and take appropriate action (Mayor Kilbride)

BACKGROUND:
Mayor Kilbride has requested that the Town cut the position of Project and Contract Manager which was previously named Procurement Manager.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Removing the Project and Contract Manager position from the Town will save approximately $120,000 in salary and benefits in the general fund budget.
